We aim to keep published rate inputs current, but rates, professional fees, lender charges and transaction facts can change. Verify all figures with your conveyancer, lender and other relevant professionals before relying on them.

You may use the site for personal, lawful planning purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, copy the calculator for a competing service, or represent its estimates as a professional quote.
